Having said that, we provide all services related to the same including booking flights, cruises, trains around the world, hotels & resorts, brochure-tours of companies like Cosmos & Europamundo, visas, sightseeings, chauffeured airport transfers, help in selecting & booking BnBs & villas – you name it, we get it for you.
Our relationship with you generally begins with a phonecall or an email or a text-message. We understand you – including your likes, dislikes, preferences, dietary choices, ethnic preferences, past travel history, the purpose of the particular trip, etc & your requirements before we start designing your vacation for you.
In the meanwhile we send you an itinerary we have executed in the past so that you can form a mental picture of what to expect and what changes you would like in your own tour.
This is followed by the actual tour plan – a more retrofitted version. This will include the names of hotels or resorts proposed for your tour so that you can independently check them out to see if they fit your expectations.
You can then let us know the changes you expect so that we send you a final ready-to-book itinerary.
All tours are private only. Meaning you will not share your car with an unknown passenger. Vehicle will be provided according to the size of your group. For Non-Indians, your chauffeur will be English-speaking & a translator can be arranged if you wish.
All travel documents will be delivered as soft-copies & can be printed at home & in most cases can be shown at airports & hotels on your cell-phone screen.
Unless you are very close to departure dates or if your travel-dates are peak-season, payments can be staggered according to hotel & vehicle-provider rules. Payments are accepted by Bank-transfers, GPay or by Credit-cards (payment by creditcards will incur banking charges).
